We are delighted to announce that Sintali’s Co-Founder, Eleni Polychroniadou, has been selected for the Women of the Future 50 Rising Stars in ESG list.
The list seeks to celebrate 50 brilliant trailblazing women from across all regions who are making a real and tangible difference to the world around them.

Navigating the workspace as a female entrepreneur does not come without its challenges, particularly when you are focused on making an impact, so this recognition means a lot. We have a tough road ahead of us. The global challenges we face are significant, but I remain optimistic that we can solve them, especially when I see how many people are working hard around the world to make a difference.’ said Eleni Polychroniadou.
Eleni has been working on the environment since she graduated from Middlebury College in 2014. In the summer of 2020 she founded a Sintali. Sintali is an environmental verification body and acts as a global certification partner for EDGE, IFC’s green building programme. Eleni leads the commercial division, building strategic partnerships with banks, developing the international marketing strategy and new business streams for the company. Some of Eleni’s key accomplishments throughout her career include lobbying internally and getting CEO approval for a comprehensive sustainability strategy, surpassing her sales target by 100% and selling over £1.2 million of sustainability services during her first year.

Each year, the campaign will showcase 50 rising stars across different aspects of ESG who have made a lasting and positive impact on their organisations, environment and wider society.
