Sintali is thrilled to announce a significant milestone in its continued success, with the expansion of its team reaching 10 full-time employees. This growth reaffirms Sintali’s dedication to making every building on this planet green.
Since its inception in 2020, Sintali has upheld its mission to drive positive change through verifying the environmental impact of the built environment. In the past 3 years Sintali has increased its headcount by over 200%, worked across 85 countries and verified the impact of over 9,000 projects globally.
In the last financial year alone, through the EDGE Green Building programme, Sintali certified over 9,000,000 square meters of floor space. This led to over 105,000 tons of CO2 saved annually, which is the equivalent to the energy used by over 13,000 homes each year.
The Sintali team represent a diverse group of expertise. Each new team member brings a wealth of experience and unique perspectives to further elevate Sintali’s ability to continue promoting the importance of decarbonisation within the built environment.
“We are lucky to have such a great team at Sintali that is passionate about what they do and committed to making positive impact,” said Eleni Polychroniadou, co-founder of Sintali. “With our new team additions, we look forward to having an even bigger impact and working together towards our collective goal of greening the built environment.”
Sintali’s growth comes at a time when sustainability is at the forefront of corporate agendas, and businesses are increasingly recognizing the importance of integrating environmental considerations into their strategies. With a robust team of 10 employees and growing, Sintali is uniquely positioned to meet this growing demand and lead the way in sustainable business transformation.
Sintali’s purpose is to act as a voice of truth in the net zero transition by helping companies, financial institutions and governments assess their progress towards a sustainable future. Sintali does this through verifying the impact of the built environment around the world. Sintali acts as a global certification partner for IFC’s EDGE green building program, working in over 85 countries to bring transparency and rigour to the sustainability realm.
